For the past twenty-two years, Rich has been involved in the engineering and inspection of a variety of projects including residential, commercial, industrial, and high-rise structures. He has also performed a number of investigations of structural failures.
Richard has been the President of the firm since it’s inception in 1998 and has completed over 1,200 projects to date. Prior to that, he was a structural engineering team leader for a large international engineering/construction firm in Houston, Texas. He has lead projects up to $32 million, and was part of the quality assurance program for a $200 million project.

Doyle is a Florida certified building inspector through the International Code Council with over 35 years experience in construction and 15 years as an inspector. He has worked on projects ranging in size from a 28 story high rise to single family residences. He is familiar with wood, steel and concrete building construction, and is proficient in current building code requirements and specifications. He received certification as an unbonded post-tensioning installer by the Post-Tensioning Institute. He is also certified by the Post-Tensioning Institute as a Level 2-Post-Tensioning Inspector and a Level 2-Superstructure Ironworker.
